Vila Bonded Foam

Espuma bondeada VilaMeters of the best laminated foam is the result of our process.

We use polyurethane with high resistance to light and with temperature control making a fresher product and which does not yellow, you can bond your own fabrics and designs in accordance to your collection.


We offer two types of thickness: 3mm, 5mm, in rolls of 30 and 50 meters with 1.45 meters of width.

Technical Characteristics

  • Laminating or bonding process applied to foam.
  • A final product with excellent softness, high resistance to washing and good perspiration.
  • Lightfast Polyurethane with high resistance to yellowing.
  • Laminating in Polyether and in other materials.
  • Allows perspiration, avoiding rises in body heat temperature with skin contact.
